No matter what your playing ability, a few tosses of the juggler toy Lunastix with the accompanying hand sticks and you discover a new form of relaxation and a new source of entertainment.

Start with a few basics:
Tick Tock
Set one end of the juggling baton on the ground or a table. Place one control handle a few inches below the top leather tassel. Lock your wrists, leave your elbows flexible and pull upward releasing the baton from one handle and catching it with the other in a back and forth manner (sort of like a pendulum). As you get comfortable with the rhythm and the feel of Lunastix swinging back and forth, lift the juggling baton off the surface, catching and releasing between control handles. You feel balanced and centered.
The Spin
While you're doing the Tic-Toc flip the juggling baton over and follow it with the control handle, and catch the baton just off center. Now return to the basic Tic-Toc. This flip over will lead you into the spin as you repeat this technique. How many spins can you do in a row? You enhance focus and present mindfulness.
Fun for all -but easy to master? No siree! Once juggling basics are accomplished, you’ll take on stunts that will bring the house down.

One of the balancing sticks broke easily while my son was playing with them. We are not sure, but perhaps the wood may have had a crack in it under the plastic coating. We will need to purchase another one of the balancing sticks. (Note from Fat Brain Toys: We contacted our customer. No need to purchase another Lunastix to get back to juggling. Replacement for the defective Lunastix will be provided courtesy of the manufacturer, Channel Craft.)
