Music or songs are terrible for going to sleep -- too noisy and banging. (Note from Fat Brain Toys: Gentle reassurance delivered. If any product does not meet your needs, please tell us. We contacted our customer to let her know she can return Goodnight Stars for a credit or a gift certificate. )

Recently purchased this item for newborn grandaughter. We both enjoyed watching it and listening to the music and sounds. She really seemed to enjoy the sounds- especially the bubbling water. Very relaxing bedtime toy...
