Wonderful US map puzzle!

I am expecting my first child and wanted to incorporate fun learning tools for her as she begins to develop during the early years of her life. Maybe I'm a bit ahead of myself, since she won't be able to interact with this puzzle for a few more years, but I just couldn't pass up the amazing artwork of this Crocodile Creek floor puzzle. It reminded me of a US map puzzle that I had as a child (only each individual state was its own puzzle piece), but the artwork of those kinds of puzzles currently on the market don't even compare to this one. I love that it's an oversize puzzle, so she can be challenged in fitting all of the pieces together and will also learn about our country/regions/states all at the same time! The case the puzzle pieces come in is also very cute and sturdy, so it can be neatly tucked away/displayed when not in use.
Great puzzle for a 3 year old

This puzzle was a gift for a 3 year old which is younger than the age the manufacturer recommended so I has some specific criteria. I wanted a USA map that had normal puzzle pieces and not the shapes of the states to help him connect the pieces. The pieces have wonderful little pictures on them that help him connect them easily e.g. a skier connect two pieces along Colorado and a bagel connects NJ, PA, and NY. This way he learns to associate the pictures to put the pieces together and we talk about the state and why the picture is over that state e.g. Golden Gate bridge by San Fransisco and Empire State by NYC. It is a beautiful puzzle, with large, easy to manipulate pieces and comes in a gorgeous little carrying suitcase! Thanks Fat Brain Toys for a great price and a beautiful product!
Great quality and value

Setting: Home
I purchased this puzzle for my 3-year-old granddaughter and her Mom reports that they're having fun doing it together. The colors are bright and the large, chunky pieces are just right for little hands. I wish the pieces were state-shaped but that's the only drawback.

The case that this puzzle comes in is wonderful, the kids think that is awesome in itself. The puzzle is bright and colorful, a good size, however, I wish the states were depicted as geographically correct instead of in a cartoony fashion.
