Completed in 1883, the Brooklyn Bridge is one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States and the first steel-wire suspension bridge in the world. The bridge connection spans 1,595.5 feet over the East River connecting Manhattan and Brooklyn in New York.

Quality but disappointing

Probably my fault, but I didn't realize that there were only 64 pieces in this set until wrapping paper came off and my young teen was disappointed that it wasn't as complex as would have challenged him. I am sure the quality is great and it would have been a great toy for a younger child.
