A wooden bike for children ages 2 to 5. It has no pedals and no training wheels. Children kick off the ground as if running, thus pushing or "skuuting" themselves and the bike forward. The Skuut is perfect for learning balance, steering, coordination and independence. Having mastered balance on the Skuut, the transition to a traditional two wheeler bike is easy. Easy to assemble and adjust.

Fantastic bike

We bought this bike for our 3 1/2 year old - and it's a total hit! She loves that she is on a "big bike without training wheels," and she's doing a great job of learning to balance. Another big plus: It was so easy to put together, and she was skuuting around outside just 10 minutes after I opened the box.

NEEDS TO GROW A COUPLE OF MORE INCHES BEFORE USING BUT IS VERY EXCITED ABOUT BIKE AND CAN'T WAIT TO USE IT. TRYS WITH HELP TO RIDE ALREADY

Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase. The bike arrived in good condition, was easy to put together and most of all my 2 year old is excited to have a 'big girl' bike. The bike is a little too big for her now, but I'm glad that she'll be able to use it for a while. We just got it last week so she doesn't quite have the hang of it yet, although she does enjoy sitting on it and walking down the sidewalk with it.
