I gave this to my 8 year old nephew for Christmas. Initially he loved it, and was very excited to play with it, but somewhat disappointed when he realized that the bones did not actually "make" anything. Although the realism is great, considering these are only imitation owl pellets, it may be nice if the bones could be reconstructed... it would have kept my nephew busy for several more hours forsure.

Its cool to do, but a bit messy. Once its done, its over. The ewww factor is much appreciated by 6 - 9 year old boys.
