Kids will love the HUGE variety of Places pieces. The community that the children create will have it all, because the tiles are fantastic! A grand circus tent, school, factory, museum, gas station, town hall... so many places we can't list them all.

The gist of how to play as a group: (May also be played as a solitaire game.)

One person at a time sets a Place tile of their choosing on the game board. The other players follow in sequence. Every time a tile is laid, a child explains the place and why it is important to a community. Note: Tiles cannot touch one another.

When the buildings and place tiles are all positioned on the board - it's time to build some roads!

It's a visual-spatial challenge! Children start at their 'Home' tile and use their road tiles to build a road moving to one community location - and then another - and then another.

Play continues until all the community locations are successfully connected!

(An added bonus: All materials are eeboo-quality terrific! The felt-bottomed hexagon tiles adhere beautifully to the lush felt-covered game board.)
