My 9 1/2 y.o. son was excited to receive this. Have not built it yet - but the remote control idea pleased him. Most remote control things don't last - so this item he will be able to fix.

I bought this for my 6 year old daughter. She already had the Snap Circuits basic set and really enjoyed them.
She really enjoyed be able to 'build' her own car, and enjoyed playing with it after it was assembled.

My 6 year old son LOVES this toy. It's great for times when he has no playmates around or needs a break from his sisters- he is captivated by the different projects he can do with the circuits and can keep busy for a long time. I love that he is learning while he does it. I have to admit, it is pretty cool to see what it can do!

We gave our son ( 8 yo) a snap circuits kit last year for Christmas and it has been a constant hit. He loves remote control items so this should be another hit on Christmas Day when he opens it,
