"We thought my grandson would love this toy. He loves to see things spin and he also enjoys winding and placing the top on the floor or counter top. We are very careful to monitor it though. He can become over stimulated from watching it spin too long. We use it to reinforce good behavior - for instance, Luke can play with the top after he finishes his homework - great! "

The top seems to be well made and is very colorful. The winder mechanism seems sturdy. I purchased this top as a reinforcer for my grandson Luke who is on the Autism Spectrum. So far he is enjoying the largest and noisiest top. Because of the spinning movement we have to limit this toy but so far Luke looks forward to playing with it.

We've had several spinners before, but none like this! Totally awesome, pure fun. The lights and sound effects are great, and not even that annoying after long period of time hearing them. It just sounds like a video arcade. Worth it for as much fun as it is.
