“Fun with a Purpose” - Highlights was created in 1946 by Dr. Garry and Caroline Myers. Modernized only in its delivery style over time, Highlights is tremendously appealing to kids. Highlights activities exercise the imagination; develop critical reading skills; bolster logic & reasoning ability; reference values of kindness, perseverance, honesty; increase knowledge of history, science, geography; and reinforce the joys of life-long learning.
