Have you had fun with Khet using one laser beam? Now you can increase that to three. Each Eye of Horus game piece splits one laser beam into two. Half the beam hitting the Eye of Horus reflects and the other half passes through for twice the strategy and excitement. With both game pieces in play, the beam can be split twice, blasting three lasers around the field with one push of your button. This expansion pack includes: two Eye of Horus Beamsplitter pieces, one silver and one red, and a full color booklet that includes 5 new starting setups.

Although I haven't actually played the game with this new piece yet, I've tried it out and it works beautifully! It's kind of amazing how it both reflects and passes the beam through. I'm sure that it is going to make gameplay extremely challenging.

The product works exactly as expected. The Beamsplitter is a great addition to the Khet game. Khet itself has tons of scenarios, strategy, and learning opportunities. If you ever need more variables, this is it. The beamsplitter just keeps it going. (I suggest waiting until you are master Khet players before introducing this addition.)
Cool, But Hard!

We have only played KHET a little bit, so I would guess it gets easier with time. It is very neat to set up and play with, but hard. I think it will get more intuitive with time. I like just bouncing the beam around on my own or working together as a teams 2 against 2 - it makes it easier. The beam splitter complicates things quite a bit, but shortens the game as we have a hard time keeping track of all the beams and so more guys get hit.

Works as advertised with the Khet Laser game. It increases the number of beams in play on the board and makes the game more challenging.
