Six adorable egg shells each have their own "egg"pression. The bottom of each one has a different shape that fits specifically into one of the egg carton spots. My 1 year old daughter plays with it from time to time. The carton stays closed well, but the hinges look like they will snap apart with little use. The eggs are adorable as are the chicks inside, although they look more like colorful little ghosts than they do chicks. I wish the egg halves stayed together, the top half just rests on the bottom and it would be nice if she could pick up the whole egg without it falling apart. The chicks don't really make much of a peep sound, just a slight squeak if you push down on them with the right amount of pressure. Not all of the chicks make a very audible peep. The faces on the eggshells match the faces of each chick and the bottom of each egg fits into its matching shaped spot in the carton. Overall a cute toy and she was very excited when she first played with it. I didn't expect for it to be her favorite toy, but I am glad I purchased it.

I bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter. She is a little confused by it right now, but I think she will enjoy it once she learns how to do it.

My 2 year old loves eggs. He kept getting in the fridge and cracking them open. So I saw this product and thought it would be perfect. He loves them. He loves that they squeak, he loves cracking them and trying to match the faces and he even has been able to match the shapes to the carton. My five year old daughter also loves them...she pretends they are her little baby chicks that she has to take care of.
