Our daughter just started sitting up. This mat is perfect for her. She has a great time playing with all the tags. It's also great for "tummy time". Travels very well. We use a plastic link to lock the handles together when traveling with it. It could of been designed with something to help keep it closed when folded, but that's a minor point.
