This was for my 4 yr old daughter who spends hours each day doing arts and crafts. The small crayon beads are very hard to manipulate and grasp with your hands (both for her and for me), in order to actually draw. Also, they seem to be too waxy to write well ... like cheap crayons from []... you have to press down really hard to get them to write. I'd return them if it was worth the effort. A great idea, but they just don't work.
