Girls can design their own unique paper outfits. These paper fashions are all about glamour. There are new sets of patterns and colored papers, including some with glitter, foil, and velvety black flocking. There's a new selection of seed beads, sequins, ribbon, and more than a hundred sticky-back "jewels" for embellishing the fashions. Of course, the tiny wire hangers are included and included are clever ideas for decorating those hangers to make them gown-worthy.
Young designers use custom stencils to trace and cut out fashions. The instructional emphasis is on combining shapes to make elaborate, couture gowns, red-carpet-ready ensembles, and prom-pretty frocks. The possible combinations of papers, stencil shapes, and embellishments are limitless.
