Used the kits with my fourth grade classes for their simple machines unit and found it to be an invaluable tool. They could see and build what we had been discussing, which helped them deepen their understanding. My only concerns were that the students completely tangled the strings on the hooks, and one piece broke as the student was trying to unlodge it from where it was located.
