Ophélie hides in her chubby belly a large, cuddly egg in which her four chicks, all made of different colours and featuring different sounds, are snuggled up warmly. Each chick gets into the egg through an opening of the corresponding colour. Mother Ophélie is a puppet for larger hands, and the chicks are finger puppets. Ophelie is well made, and is a versatile toy. She can be a puppet, or the chicks can go in her tummy, or in the egg, or the egg can go in her tummy... and it's easy to make up a fun story with the kids as you go along.

I bought this as a gift for a first Birthday. It is made of good quality and pretty colors. It is a you that my own children, ages 5 & 3, would play with all the time even though it is generally geared toward a younger child. I am very happy with my gift purchase and would purchase it again.
