The perfect curiosity-building gift - tiny pieces of magnet magic!
No soldering, no wiring, no programming. Simply snap a few littleBits together and make circuits, sensors, and motors - basic machines with big appeal.
The littleBits Teaser kit is a fantastic starting point for anyone curious about littleBits! It includes three pieces.
1) Coin Battery Module - rechargeable via micro usb cable
2) Pressure Sensor Piece - a pressure sensitive piece for experiments
3) Bargraph Pressure Sensor - a bargraph type arrangement of LEDs
How it works: As pressure is applied to the Pressure Sensor piece, the LEDs light up on the Bargraph piece with relative brightness, getting brighter and dimmer with the amount of pressure applied!
The really great thing is - after purchasing the Teaser littleBits Kit, one component can be added at a time. Make your littleBits do more by adding on your favorite transistors to make a larger kit! Once you get going- you’ll realize the limitless potential of littleBits.

IMPORTANT WARNING: Lithium-ion cells and battery packs may get hot, explode or ignite and cause serious injury if exposed to abuse conditions. Be sure to follow the safety warnings listed below:
This battery module is not for use by small children. Please ensure proper supervision of kids by an adult at all times.
Remember to shut off the battery when not in use
Do not place the battery in or near fire, on stoves or other high temperature locations
Do not connect the positive terminal and negative terminal of the battery to each other with any metal object (such as wire)
Do not carry or store battery together with necklaces, hairpins or other metal objects
Do not pierce the battery with nails, strike the battery with a hammer, step on the battery or otherwise subject it to strong impacts or shocks
Do not expose battery to water or salt water, or allow the battery to get wet
Do not place the battery in direct sunlight, or use or store the battery inside cars in hot weather. Doing so may cause the battery to generate heat, explode or ignite.
Do not disassemble or modify the battery. Battery contains safety and protection devices, which, if damaged, may cause battery to generate heat, explode, ignite.
Do not charge unattended
Immediately discontinue use of the battery if, while using, charging or storing the battery, the battery emits an unusual smell, feels hot, changes color or shape, or appears abnormal in any other way.
Do not place the battery in microwave ovens, high-pressure containers or on induction cookware.
In the event the battery leaks and the fluid gets into one’s eye, do not rub the eye. Rinse well with water and immediately seek medical care. If left untreated, the battery fluid could cause damage to the eye
As one of the top online toy retailers, we have access to unprecendented quantities of product review data. One of the key ways that we use this data is by associating our products to the specific ages and genders of the kids who are playing with them. Whereas most retailers must rely upon manufacturer suggested ages (i.e. 3+), we take actual customer usage and share it with you here so that you can choose the perfect toy or game.
But how does this help me? You can use these graphs as a general measure of it's appropriateness for a given age and gender. While this information is generally accurate, it should not be used as an absolute answer. For instance, many dinosaur toys are purchased for boys, however, that doesn't mean that it's inappropriate for a girl who happens to like dinosaurs.
NOTE: The orange color in the charts above indicate ages that are LESS than the manufacturer suggested age. Please purchase at your discretion if your child is younger than 8 years of age.
bAbsolute BEST toy for bright minds!

This was actually an addition to the beginners set. My grandson (and his dad) are in love with these components. Easy to connect; great variety of activities. Yes, a little expensive, BUT buy this quality and DONT BUY THE JUNK.
