The pull string is too short. As this is a soft toy, the 2 front legs are too soft for the toy to be pulled along. At the first pull, the zebra falls on its face and the legs have to be pulled forward with a tug to have it stand upright each time...

	If your zebra doesn't zip up to position with each tug, please zip into our Returns & Exchanges Center. We offered our customer a refund or replacement for the defective zebra. Please note, the string is short due to safety regulations on toys of this nature - the breakaway feature means it's longer than most.
