Made of durable polyethylene plastic it’s available in three hot colors— Neon Blue, Neon Purple, Neon Green. With its slim form, it fits neatly between the pages of any book.
At the top is a digital clock that's powered by a replaceable watch battery. Choose to set a countdown timer with alarm that alerts readers when they have completed their required reading time or set the cumulative timer which stores time over multiple reading sessions until the reader chooses to delete it.
Also ideal for timing music practice sessions, timed math fact activities, meetings, homework study sessions, cooking and interval training when exercising.

As of right now it remains in the shipping box since it is a holiday gift. However, I know my son will be excited to have his own bookmark, since he is now reading chapter books. The cool part about it is that it will help him keep track of the amount of time he has read, since he has to read so many minutes every day!

Was excited to get this for my son so he could keep track of his reading time on his own and to help him be motivated to read more. Unfortunately it only worked for about 10 seconds after taking it out of the package. I think it is a great idea but will be returning it because it is not working.

A great way to keep kids on track

I bought one of these for each of my children to help them (and me) make sure they're doing the minimum amount of required reading for school. The novelty of the gadget and the independence it provides have so far been enough to keep them interested. It's easy enough for even the youngest reader to use.

My boys enjoy having a timer right with them where they are reading. I had heard it was hard to figure out how to reset the time, but my 9 year old figured that out no problem.
