Grandbaby loves it but at 17 months she might be a little young yet. She needs to be monitored so she doesn't try to sit in it or tip it over. I imagine she'll get better at navigating it the older she gets. She loved it right away but this could be just because it was something new in her life. She likes to walk around with the cart putting things in it and then taking them out.
