Very cute puzzle that I am giving as a gift. My only complaint is that puzzle arrived with the decorative letter X not attached to the puzzle piece. I don't want to break the puzzle's shrinkwrap before I give the gift. The parent of the recipient will have to unscrew the puzzle peg and put the decorative piece on. So I would have to rate the quality of this item down.
If any product leaves you puzzled, let us know - we're here to help. The X that appears off-kilter is actually part of the cardboard packaging to demonstrate that there is a picture beneath the puzzle pieces. When the packaging is removed, the X puzzle piece is actually correctly placed within the puzzle board.
