Great product! The only reason I didn't give it 5 out of 5 was because the edges and the bottoms of the shapes are not painted. Also in some of the newer M&D puzzles it has the image, letter or number underneath the puzzle piece. So that younger kids can match up the pieces easier. This does not.

We purchased these for our EHS program and they are a hit with both Home Visitors, Teachers, and the children. They are going to be enjoyed for a long time.

This is a great educational toy. I am the mother of a 21 month old who is learning shapes and colors. This is the perfect product to make learning fun. The puzzle also enhances gross motor skills. The bright colors are attractive. My daughter has played with it for 30-45 minutes at a time every day. The quality is remarkable. The solid wood construction seems indestructible.

The bright colors in this self-correcting puzzle really attract the eye. The chunky shapes make using this puzzle easy for the youngest child.
