Another great product from Melissa & Doug. The bright colors and small diameter allow a 6 month old to hold it easily. My daughter loves to chew on it and simply just hold it. The only aspect it may be lacking is the ability to elicit curiosity and exploration from a baby. It's more of "toy pacifier".

My little girl loves this toy. She's learning to grasp and coordinate her movements to make the knob go round the snail's shell. It keeps her busy while in the car.
