This is a very nice item. My only complaint is that it is a little hard to store and it's bothersome to take it apart every time we use it. The easel itself is great though. The children in my preschool classes really love it. It works better than the big easel because it sits on the table and takes up less space. I would recommend it to anyone.

Concept is good. However, both sides (chalk and dry erase) come away from their backing, so it is not flush when you attempt to write. Also, the chalk does not adhere well to the chalkboard.
My 2 Year Old Loves This Easel

I purchased this for my daughter's 2nd birthday. She really enjoys working with her paper up off the table and has a great time with the chalk, eraser, and magnets. We've decided not to let her use the dry erase marker yet as she tends to stray from the white board to other surfaces, but I'm sure when she's a little older she'll take full advantage of this feature as well. Finally we're very happy that both sides of the easel are magnetic as our appliances are stainless steel and thus she can't use her magnet letters on the fridge, etc. She can use this easel for letter games as well as art projects! My only criticism is that some of the wooden screws are a bit wonky, but still fully functional.
