Pentago is a fast and fun strategy game that is both simple and sophisticated. The object of the game is to create a row of five marbles anywhere on the board. The mind twisting part is that you'll twist one of the four game blocks as part of your move. This causes the game to dynamically change, making for a fun and challenging game experience, both for beginners and masters alike. Play duration is 3 to 30 minutes.

Smart Game on the Go

This award-winning game lives up to the glowing reviews. Simple in concept, but challenging. I have played with my dad and with my young nephew. My friend has taught his 7 year old daughter and she is an expert. It combines the simple premise of Connect 4 with the brain work of chess. Enjoyable for everyone!

Bought three Pentagos in less than four months

I bought the first Pentago as a Xmas present for my oldest son (45). It was so good that I ordered a second one to keep in our place, especiallly for my youngest son (21) enjooyment. The three of us play Chess. And the third one was for a friend, systems engineeer (32), for his birhtday. Now we can play tournaments with our friends.
Eventhough my shipping address is in Florida, we live in Costa Rica. I am 67 years old and a PE Structural Engineer, my oldest son is a Hotel Administrator, while my youngest son is studying Electronic Engineering. (There are 4 daughters in the middle).
I find that the rotating devices are somehow week and not completely efficient, and hope they will last, but recommend the manufacturer to take a look into it.

The game is what it purports to be simplistic on the surface but challenging if you're playing an experienced gamer. My older daughter found it too easy but the teenager is having fun beating her father.
