One day first grader Quincy brought a rope and toy cow to Show and Tell. He told the class that today we would all have to go down the hall to the gym for his show and tell. He put his toy cow in the middle of the gym floor, moved way, way back against the back wall and threw his lasso perfectly over it. I’ll never forget the way we all laughed in complete amazement and his matter of fact reference to it… “It’s easy, Mrs. Lorkovic, you just throw the rope.”
