We recieved the product and after being played often for 3 days we had a problem with the battery area. If the battery cover was on it was not making a connection.
I called the company and they were so pleasent. The sent a replacement and we recieved it in 2 days.
My grandson just loves it and plays with it every time he comes to visit.

The kids were able to learn how to maneuver the helicopter quickly. The major disappointment with this item is that it only flies for 6-8 minutes and then you have to recharge it for 30-45 minutes!

This RC Helicopter has a flying time of 8-10 minutes, and a recharge time of 30 minutes. It's still a Tiger- compared to other remote controlled helicopters in this price range! With the fantastic functionality Tiger Helicopter offers - it's not surprising that it needs rest. In the meantime, kids enjoy flight simulation obstacles online- then they're flying back to test pilot their newly acquired skills!)
