With that mastered the child begins to enhance spatial logic by interlocking anyone puzzle piece to any other; in any order. At this point, there is no wrong answer! my grand daughter 's first birthday. Very well constructed toy. Her big sister, age four also enjoys playing with it.

I was very disappointed when I opened the box, the stacker looks so vibrantly colorful on the site and on the box, but the actual piece looks very pale. The yellow color cannot be seen at all. It looks like the color of the wood, to a child's eye it is impossible to figure out. The green is also very pale. One of the things that the company suggests is color recognition. I am going to return this item ....so sorry.
