Shepherd, my 16mo. grandson loves planes. His father is a firefighter and a stickler on safety. This plane met my highest expectation for a toy. Safe, durable, a toy that will be safe for years to come, one that can be passed on in perfect condition. The only thing I would suggest is that a face be on the pilot and for us an American flag would have been nice. These, for safety would have need to be done before the firing not after. No stick-ons. Also a wheel under the tail for pushing on the floor. Shepherd carrys it around like a baby. He really does not want to share it, maybe later. Thank you for quality and safety. Linda

From the moment his eyes could focus, my grandson, Rhys, has loved airplanes. Of course, I have given him every suitable airplane toy that I could, and they have all been loved and played with....to pieces. His new blue taildragger is a fast and tough little bird, having already survived several crashes with no structural failures, no propeller overhauls, and no injuries to the pilot.
My favorite thing is to listen to Rhys "land" his airplane saying, "...nose up, power off, squeak-squeak." For you non-aviator readers, that's a good landing.
PS...Rhys just turned 3.
