Rating: 
It does not hold water very well. It leaks at the tip of the pen. The tip of the pen wears down when writing on the cement. Love the concept but design should be changed.

We contacted our customer. Keep in mind, water does leak from the tip of the pen so that it writes well on pavement. Though if the pool pen's design isn't ideal, dive into the Returns & Exchanges center for customer care that's refreshing.

This is just a comment. I bought these swim pool items for use in July when our children and grandchildren come to visit and play. I am excited about using them then. I just wanted to let you know now why I have not replied.
