Review of Number Dominoes Double 15 Set

I would have given this item the highest rating except for color issues. I purchased these number dominoes to be used with the elderly, since they were having trouble with the usual colored dots on most domino sets. The large numbers are great, the problem is the 6 and 9 are too close in color to distinguish one from the other, there is a dash under the six, but I believe if they were different colors is would be clearer. Also, the 7 is a pale yellow and hard to see. The color choices used in this product could have been better. It could be a good item for teaching numbers to children.

Our family has been playing Mexican Train with double 15 dominos for almost 7 years. We ordered this numeral set to change the game a little. It worked. the numbers make it easier to add up at the end of game as opposed to counting the dots.
One dissapointment is that the number 6 & 9 are the same color. The line under the six is not easy to see when across the table. But that's not anything to do with FatBrain Toys. It's the maker of the set. But perhaps you can pass that feedback on.
