Upon receiving this product I put it together immediately for my kids to play with. This is a very poorly constructed toy. Every component is made of plastic with individual pieces that can be manuevered by the player. However, these pieces do not stay in place firmly, easily comes undone when playing with another piece of the toy. The bottom or foundation part comes in two pieces which do not stay together well.

We assisted our customer. Lock & Harbour comes with two fasteners and sealing strips. First, make sure all is fastened and sealed. If your Lock & Harbour set still inclines you to want to raise the anchor and leave the port of patience let us know. Navigating for help is easy. Visit the Returns & Exchanges center for details.
