Design Flaw

Bought this for grandson age 4-1/2 who is pretty technically and spatially inclined (for example makes 3 foot high Lego skyscrapers in imaginative designs and does 1000 pc puzzles with glee). The toy requires adult assistance both in the setup (making the tubes) as well as in actual construction because inserting the hexagonal joint pieces into the plastic tube ends is difficult to do without crushing the paper tube. This takes away the child's sense of control over the use of the toy. Will be returning this toy.
