Each lava lamp is filled with a hypnotizing mesmerizing lava blobatude (goo for those less technical). Simply stated….if you need lava – we’ve got one for every nook and cranny in your pad. (P.S. If we told you what was inside, we’d have to kill ya…so don’t ask.)

This was a gift for my 13-year-old daughter. Before we could finish opening all the Christmas gifts, my husband was setting the lamp up so that it could warm up and begin working. It's very cool - all of us enjoy it.

Many reviews I read warned that ordering lava lamps online was risky because if not handled with care they are easy to damage and may never work properly. However, I was not able to find an acceptable LL in my area, so ordered it from Fat Brain Toys. The website was easy to use, the LL arrived on time in perfect condition, and my 9-year old nephew thinks it's awesome!

The lava lamp was a disappintment. The blue color is cloudy and part of the yellow color stays at the bottom and part at the top. After hours of warming up nothing happens. I would not recommend this product to anyone who wants a real lava lamp.
