Color Changing Top

Th quality of this top is fine. It was a somewhat difficult for my twenty month old grandson to operate. We had to take his hand and hold it on the handle while we pumped it for him. It think with time it will be fine. The pumping action was smooth, and the top stands well on the suction cup. I thought it made a humming sound, but if it was, I couldn't hear it, or maybe it was just not what I had expected. Overall, I'd buy it again.

We bought the same top 11 years ago for our then one year old. Now, we have a 12, 8, and (another) 1 year old. Our first top lasted through almost three boys, but our third boy loves it so much, we decided to buy a new one.

I purchased the Color Changing Top for my 18 month old grandson. Highly recommended. This is a toy that he really enjoys playing with and it appears that it is something that he will enjoy for quite a while. He will sits and spins it enjoying the motion and color changing and the design makes it easy for him to use it. He also just picks it up and looks to understand how it works. It provides him the experience of eye-hand coordination, curiosity generation, and problem solving. The toy is made to last and has no areas where a child can get hurt. The toy is as described and is worth the $$ paid.

I bought this for a child too small to manipulate the top but at 10mo very interested in all things that spin. This is especially intriguing because of the colors.

The top plastic portion of the top was scuffed, when initially removed from the box. When the handle was initially placed in it's position it did not remain in position - and came whirling out.
We wondered if it was worth the price we paid compaired to other "Nostalgic spin tops".
Decided to keep the product after completely seating the handle (hoping it continues to stay). The handle may provide a stable portion on the top for the grandchildren to hold and get it to spin.
