A popular children's classic toy since the 1950's! Lynn Pressman Raymond invented doctor and nurse kits as toys in the 1950’s, their continued presence in playrooms everywhere gives credit to her genius. Kids still find delight and satisfying play in pretending to care for sick patients. This pretend Doctor's Bag comes with everything you need to play Doctor. Made of plastic the bag snaps shut and includes 8 different Doctor tools, such as stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, thermometer, syringe, ear examine scope, reflex mallet etc,. Ages 3+.

Doctor Bag for 3 Year Old

Would not recommend. When our 3 year old tried to put up the pieces and get them back out, the thin plastic tore up the inside of the bag. The little red tweezer type tool comes apart so easily that he can't play with it. He doesn't play with the yellow tool much because there is no hole so he can't really see through it. The little blue pump part came off of the blood pressure cuff. The yellow top came off of the medicine bottle and he put it in his mouth and choked on it, so we threw that away. Really the only thing he plays with is the stethoscope, so it really wasn't worth the purchase or the shipping cost. (Note from Fat Brain Toys: A "doctor is in the house." Please visit the Returns & Exchanges center for the cure to any unsatisfying purchase. Our customer was promptly provided a refund.)
My rating of Doctor's Bag

The doctor's kit was bought for my 3-year old granddaughter. She is thrilled with all the pretend medical equipment, especially the blood pressure pump and the stethoscope. She thinks they are the "real thing." While the individual compartments of the kit keep the equipment organized, putting it all back into the alotted compartments of the bag is beyond the average young child.

It looks pretty good from the outside, but everything is cheap on the inside. The bag is made of a thin plastic that seems like it can rip easy. The way the "tools" are stored inside makes them hard to get out without ripping everything. Also the plastic storage at the bottom of the bag is a horrible way to put things in there. My daughter really enjoys this product. Because its made so cheaply it will only last a little while.

We love the case, easy to open. We also like the types of doctors tools. But the stethoscope is broken. (Note from Fat Brain Toys: All is well. We credited our customer for the defective item.)
