my grand daughter loved the toy. i think that the teddy bear is some how less scarry to a nine month old than a clown or court jester. the colors and bright and cheerfull and the entire packaging drew her attention.

The teddy in a box is very cute. Sometimes, the teddy pops up at the wrong part of the song. I'm not sure why, but I wonder if the latch doesn't latch tight enough. That is my only complaint about the product. My daughter (14 months) likes it and is almost able to turn the crank on her own.

My daughter loves this toy! I bought one for her and one for my niece. They are both only 12 months old so we have to help turn the crank, but they laugh and laugh when the bear pops up.
Highest Quality Jack In The Box!!

I have found that most Jack in the boxes available on the market are poor quality and break rather quickly. Not so with this one! This is the BEST, highest quality Jack in the box around. We have two boys, Brady is 2 1/2 and Grant is almost 1. They LOVE this toy. It is the surprise and anticipation waiting for the bear to pop out that gets them giggling everytime.

My daughter loves this toy. It is easy for her to use. Except when closing it, but that is because she is only 10 months. Great toy!
