We gave it to a friend of my son's for his 8th birthday, and he has not been able to use it yet. He said he had to get some plaster or something to put the rocket together in the first place before being able to use it. I had no idea it was that involved to get the rocket just where you could use it. I would not have bought it if I had known it was not already assembled.

This product was a gift for a very curious and intelligent 8-year old. He was enthusiastic and promptly ripped it open. The materials were good quality, with sufficient instructions. Supervision is recommended for use of this product--and for the conversion regarding gas generation.
