Nice, but not for everywhere

So the toy does exactly what it says it will do and it's really fun, (my five year old cousin loves it) but as you can see in the video, you need a large amount of space to use it. Many people will have to go to parks or something to use it, which is why the play value is down. You can only set it to run for 30 seconds and there is no "Shutdown" so it runs for 30 seconds or nothing.
