Included is a deck of beautifully designed horse cards each with the name, breed, color, markings and biography of a fictional horse. Includes a solitaire game for solo play. Three levels of play. 2 to 4 players.

This review seems to be only for the Herd Your Horses game, but I will give other review here also:
Herd Your Horses - I submitted on the Wizard the age of the child, 6, and gave interests. This game was chosen so I purchased. However, when I got it, it said it was for kid age of 8+. The game was not opened, and she didn't seem interested at all in it.

Our 11 year old loves horses and this game fit the bill. Not only is it fun to play, but learning about the different horses and info has been great for her. At the back of the instruction book is a great reference tool on types of horses, faces of horses, etc. Money well spent this Christmas!!

My eight-year-old daughter loves this game. Of course, it doesn't hurt that she likes horses, but it's also a sweet game with simple, well-functioning rules and principles that engage her imagination as she learns about life on the trail and the different characteristics of various horse breeds. The design and card illustrations are beautiful and the descriptions of the horses thoroughly charming.

The beauty of this game is that it can be played by a wide span of ages, the rules of the game are pretty easy to follow and having several options for game play keep it fresh and interesting. My daughter has a great time playing it with her friends.
