I was disappointed when we received the product. It was in a container I could have picked up at Wal-mart or a Dollar Store. The items in the container are realistic but the items were disposable. It looked like they will only last one use. I was disappointed by the amount of money that was charged and what I received. I work at a doctors office and could have picked up the things that were in the kit myself. (Note from Fat Brain Toys: We contacted our customer to provide assistance. I was very impressed at the speed of delivery and the condition of toy when it arrived. I am pleased with the quality as well. It is a gift for Christmas so it has not been used but I am sure the child will love it.

My grandchild really likes to pretend to be a doctor. This toy made it more exciting. The tape and the prescription pad will get used up quickly, but all the other items are great.
