This handcrafted toy is an American classic! This version is Really Big! In the 40's and 50's, people used to make dolls from real socks. This is a replica of that wonderful tradition. Big and beautiful...!

This really is one big sock monkey, to say the least. Big and beautiful (as best a monkey can be), soft and lovable, too! He looks as comfortable sitting in a big chair as he does lounging on the couch -- he's so fun to have around the house...! If you like monkeys of any kind, and particularly if you like sock monkeys, this REALLY BIG sock monkey is for you.

I love the big sock money. On the website the monkey looked more tan in color than the brown/white small weave, so I was pleasantly surprised that the actual material was truly that of the original sock money. So it was better than I expected!

It's Huge!

It's huge! I don't think people really understand how big this thing is. It is almost the size of a small adult. Be prepared! We were going to hide it in the office as a scavenger hunt. Once it arrived we discovered that the only place it could be hidden was in the coat closet. Great quality, cute design. It's just like the sock monkeys we know and love, only enormous!
