Product review of Kaos Tie-Not 2 Pack Water Balloon Tying Tool

It works, but I haven't got the hang of it yet. The previous brand I bought hooked on to a table and the hose for the water attached to it. I bought this because it was made in America and my other one broke.
My 7 year old can't get the hang of how to tie the water balloons once they are filled - this absolutely solved the problem. Now the kids are speed demons and fill up their bucket of water balloons in record time. Once they get their first 3 or 4 balloons tied - they picked up the pace and non-stop water balloon fights for the last 2 days.
