We bought 4 of these for a fund raiser thinking the tie off would be great so the kids wouldn't have to spend so much time tying off the balloons. The tie off doesn't really come with instructions to really make the product work. However, the pump to get the water in was great!!

We bought this item as a birthday gift for a 6-year-old boy. The store clerk told us it was a popular item for boys and the birthday boy was thrilled with it. Perfect for summer; I was happy to see that it came with water balloons and is large enough to pump up a whole pile of balloons. I haven't seen it in action, but it is an ingenious idea - my kids are always wanting to play with water balloons or pump them up themselves and there never seems to be a convenient way. This way they can do it themselves and it is part of the fun!
