Autism
"We used it as a oral motor exercise, for a child with dyspraxia. It serves its purpose, along with various kinds of whistles. But, it also fosters hand and eye coordination, and you can make it a two child play by having one child blow through the wooden pipe, and the other directly on the ball, and see if he can blow the little ball off its base. It has been fun to use."

It was fun for about a day and then the red wood ball holder fell off. I will try to glue it back on.
