Great for bug lovers

We purchased these because they provide an easy way for my daughter to explore the bug world under her microscope. She loves putting them on the microscope and moving them around so that she can see the eyes, legs, wings, etc. She also using them without the microscope as we talk about each different block. The blocks have prompted her to ask many more questions than when we just look at a book. This is a great hands on way to explore nature--especially for young ones.

This is a Christmas gift...so the jury's still out! I'm enjoying looking closely at things I probably wouldn't touch if they were crawling around in my house!
