The Monster Who Couldn't Decide
|

WorryWoos - they’ve all got little worries, just like us – and that’s okay.
Cute little WorryWoo monster books teach kids big important things about emotions.
WorryWoo Books contribute to the understanding that it’s natural to be worried, or scared, or confused, or lonely, or undecided. Recognizing feelings is the first step towards better mental health. Each WorryWoo Monster has a corresponding plush character (sold separately) to help kids see that we all share the same feelings!
With WorryWoos, children recognize emotions and learn strategies to live in a healthy way.
Lonely & depressed?
Meet Nola! The Lonely Little Monster
She’s cuddly and green with a playful pomp of red -but Nola is also lonely and bored. Nola’s just the monster to help a child learn to look outside of themselves and reach out to others. Help her discover she has friends around her who care about her!
Undecided & Confused?
Meet Fuddle! The Monster Who Couldn't Decide
Fuddle can never decide things without worrying about whether she’s making the right choice… “yes or no?”, “shall I or shall I not?”, “today or tomorrow?” Remembering to speak encouraging words to herself helps Fuddle gain confidence. Fuddle is a great reminder to take hold of confidence and, “Go for it!”
Insecure?
Meet Rue! The Nose That Didn't Fit
Shaggy hair, wooly wings, banana-ish ears, and a nose the size of his belly – Rue feels so different that he hides. If he only knew that his unusual features make him interesting! Get to know Rue and you’ll find something out about yourself too- there are so many things that make you amazingly wonderful!
Shy?
Meet Squeek! The Monster in the Bubble
The pip-squeak of the bunch, Squeek is most comfortable watching others. A shy fellow, Squeek needs to know that everyone feels shy once in a while. But guess what – stepping out to be brave has benefits!

As one of the top online toy retailers, we have access to unprecendented quantities of product review data. One of the key ways that we use this data is by associating our products to the specific ages and genders of the kids who are playing with them. Whereas most retailers must rely upon manufacturer suggested ages (i.e. 3+), we take actual customer usage and share it with you here so that you can choose the perfect toy or game.
But how does this help me? You can use these graphs as a general measure of it's appropriateness for a given age and gender. While this information is generally accurate, it should not be used as an absolute answer. For instance, many dinosaur toys are purchased for boys, however, that doesn't mean that it's inappropriate for a girl who happens to like dinosaurs.
 |
 |
NOTE: The orange color in the charts above indicate ages that are LESS than the manufacturer suggested age. Please purchase at your discretion if your child is younger than 0 years of age.

All the books in the worrywoo series are terrific. This is about letting your worries keep you from doing things. Great message and my 3year old autistic grandson is genuinely interested in me reading any of these books, great artwork.

The idea of having a stuffed animal to go along with a story is awesome! The stories have great messages and the dolls are adorable. Can't wait to have the whole collection.

Great book, teaches kids about worrying in kid-friendly language and gives good coping strategies. Could be used as part of a cognitive behavioral therapy program. Children loved the cute rhyming story and the adorable pictures.

I bought this for my highly anxious, but very intelligent niece. She received over 25 books this holiday season, but this was the book that sparked immediate interest.
She read it twice before heading into the pile opening more presents!
