Spiraling Hearts Books, Calendars & More Katie Feldman created Spiraling Hearts™ Yoga Games & Activities to encourage children of all ages to have fun while learning yoga.
With extensive background knowledge in methods of teaching Yoga to children in a playful way, she studied with Marsha Wenig, founder of YogaKids® and Shakta Kaur Khalsa, founder of Radiant Child Yoga Program© and has since received her RYT through the Yoga Teachers Training Institute on Long Island.
Katie believes that yoga is a wonderful practice to open your heart and connect with the world around you. She lives on Long Island with her husband, David, and her daughters, Jessica and Melissa. Jessica and Melissa's photographs of children doing yoga are featured in Spiraling Hearts™ Yoga Games & Activities.
